Troubleshooting
Pen not drawing or skipping color
Ensure the cap was replaced properly after the last use to prevent the nib from drying. Try storing the pen with the cap facing down for a few hours. If the problem persists, the ink may be depleted.
Ink staining clothes
Wash the stained area immediately with cold water and soap. For tougher stains on non-washable fabrics, follow specific stain removal guides for washable ink.
Nib feels damaged or mushy
The fixed nib is designed for durability but can be damaged by excessive pressure or misuse. If the nib is compromised, the pen's performance may be affected. It is recommended to use gentle pressure when coloring.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: These felt pens require no setup. Simply remove them from the packaging, take off any caps, and they are ready for use.
Compatibility: The Bic Kids Comfort Jumbo felt pens are designed for use on paper, coloring books, and other porous art surfaces. They are not intended for use on skin (other than accidental marks that are washable) or non-porous materials where permanent ink is required.
Care:
- Storage: Store pens horizontally or with the cap facing down to ensure ink flow to the nib.
- Cap Replacement: Always replace the cap firmly after each use to prevent the nib from drying out.
- Cleaning: If ink gets on skin or washable fabrics, wash immediately with soap and water. For surfaces, use a damp cloth. For stubborn marks on non-washable surfaces, test an inconspicuous area first.
