Troubleshooting

Handset not registering with the base station.

Ensure the base station is powered on and within range. Repeat the registration process, carefully following the steps in your main phone's manual. Check for any on-screen error messages.

Poor call quality or dropped calls.

Check the distance between the handset and the base station; move closer if necessary. Ensure there are no significant obstructions or sources of interference (like microwaves) between the handset and base. Recharge the handset fully.

Handset not charging.

Ensure the handset is correctly placed on the charging base. Clean the charging contacts on both the handset and the base with a dry cloth. Verify that the charger is properly plugged into a working power outlet.

Display is blank or unresponsive.

Try removing and reinserting the battery. If the issue persists, attempt to reset the handset by following the instructions in the user manual, or try re-registering it with the base station.
