FAQs
Can these candles be reused?
These are designed for single-use purposes; once the wick is burned down, they should be disposed of.
Are these candles drip-free?
While they are high quality, they are standard wax candles and may produce minor drips if exposed to a breeze or if left burning for a long time.
Do these include holders?
The pack contains the candles themselves; plastic cake candle holders are not included.
How long do they burn?
These are intended to last through the singing of the 'Happy Birthday' song; they are not intended for long-term burning.
Will the white color fade?
No, the white color is consistent throughout the wax and will remain bright until the candle is consumed.
Troubleshooting
Candle flame is flickering excessively
Ensure the candle is placed in a draft-free area away from air conditioning vents or open windows.
Candle won't stand straight in the cake
Use a small plastic candle holder to provide a wider base and ensure the candle stays upright even if the frosting is soft.
Pros and Cons
Pros
- Universal color matches any party theme
- Ample quantity for multiple celebrations
- Easy to light and maintain a steady flame
- Fits most standard cake candle holders
Cons
- Height may appear small on very large cakes
- Single color only, lacking variety if specific themes require bright colors
- Wax can drip if left burning for extended periods
Setup, Compatibility & Care
- Placement: Ensure the candles are placed firmly into the cake or a dedicated plastic candle holder to prevent tilting. Avoid inserting them directly into very soft frosting if they seem unstable.
- Lighting: Always light the candles with a long-reach lighter to keep fingers a safe distance from the flame.
- Storage: Keep the unused candles in a cool, dry place. Exposure to high heat or direct sunlight can cause the wax to soften or warp over time.
- Safety: Never leave burning candles unattended and ensure they are fully extinguished before discarding or moving the cake.
