Troubleshooting
Glass is chipped or cracked
Discontinue use immediately for safety. Hand wash gently and inspect for any sharp edges. If significantly damaged, it is best to replace the item.
Design appears faded or is peeling
This usually occurs due to improper washing (e.g., dishwasher or microwave use). Hand wash gently with non-abrasive materials to prevent further damage. Consider using it more for display than regular drinking if the design is compromised.
Residue left after washing
Ensure you are using enough soap and warm water, and rinse thoroughly. If residue persists, try using a bottle brush for interior cleaning and ensure the water is hot enough.
