FAQs

Does this chair require assembly?

No, the chair comes fully assembled. You only need to remove the packaging and allow it to expand.

Can the cover be removed and washed?

The product is designed with high-quality faux fur; we recommend spot cleaning rather than machine washing to preserve the texture of the fabric.

Is the memory foam filling replaceable?

The foam is high-density and designed to last, but the internal structure is not intended for regular refilling by the user.

Can I use this chair on hardwood floors?

Yes, its bottom surface is stable, though we recommend a rug or non-slip mat if you find it slides too easily on polished floors.

How long will it take to expand?

It generally takes 48 to 72 hours to fully recover its shape after being vacuum-compressed for shipping.

Is this chair safe for children?

Yes, its ergonomic design and stable base make it suitable for children and adults alike, provided they follow the 150 kg weight limit.

Troubleshooting

The chair feels lumpy or flat after unboxing.

This is normal during the expansion phase. Manually shake and fluff the chair, then wait the full 72 hours to allow the memory foam to reach maximum volume.

The chair is not holding its shape.

Ensure the chair is placed on a flat, even surface. If it seems to sag, stand it upright and give the back section a few firm punches to encourage the foam to settle into the upper shell.

Pros and Cons

Provides exceptional back support compared to standard bean bags
High-quality shredded memory foam maintains its loft without frequent refilling
Soft faux fur cover offers a cozy, high-end look and feel
Generous 150 kg weight limit provides stability for adults

Cons

Requires 48-72 hours to fully expand after unboxing

Light beige color may require more frequent spot cleaning

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup is intentionally simple: remove the chair from its shipping carton and carefully cut the vacuum-sealed plastic. Once released, the foam will begin to expand. To speed up the process, physically manipulate the chair by shaking and beating the fabric to help air circulate through the foam crumbs.

Care Instructions:

Routine Maintenance: Shake the chair periodically to redistribute the memory foam and maintain its shape.
Cleaning: Spot clean the faux fur cover with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals that may strip the fabric of its softness.
Placement: Keep away from direct heat sources or sharp objects that could snag the faux fur material.
