Full details

This unique, black, book-shaped ceramic vase is designed for plant lovers, book enthusiasts, and collectors of unusual home decor. Its key benefit is its striking, gothic-inspired aesthetic, which adds a mysterious charm to any space. A potential caveat is its specific design, which might not suit all decor styles. FAQs

What are the exact dimensions of the vase?

The vase measures approximately H6.2cm X W11.2cm X D14.7cm.

Can this vase be used for real plants?

While it can hold fresh flowers with water, it is not designed as a planter for live plants that require soil. For live plants, ensure proper drainage is managed separately or consider using it for cuttings or smaller rooted plants in water.

How should I clean the vase?

Gently wipe the vase with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaning materials to preserve the illustrations and finish.

Is the vase suitable for outdoor use?

No, this vase is designed for indoor use only. Outdoor conditions can affect the material and illustrations.

What is the primary material of the vase?

The vase is made from ceramic.

Does the 'Library of Poisonous Plants' theme have any specific meaning?

The theme is inspired by vintage botanical books focusing on toxic flora, adding a darkly elegant and mysterious aesthetic to the decor.

Is the black color matte or glossy?

The product description does not specify the finish, but typically such ceramic items have a smooth, often satin or semi-gloss finish.

Troubleshooting

Vase appears unstable

Ensure the vase is placed on a completely flat and level surface. Check for any debris underneath the base.

Illustrations fading

Avoid prolonged exposure to direct sunlight, which can cause fading over time. Clean only with a soft, damp cloth as per care instructions.

Water leakage (when used with fresh flowers)

Ensure the vase is watertight. If leakage occurs, the ceramic may have a hairline crack. Consider using it for dried arrangements or as a decorative piece instead.
