Troubleshooting
Bracket feels loose on the wall
If using adhesive, remove and re-clean the surface before reapplying, or switch to screw-mounted installation for maximum load security.
Locking mechanism is stiff
Apply a very small amount of silicone-based lubricant to the keyway and work it in; ensure the locking bar is aligned correctly before turning the key.

- Lockable design improves product security

Setup, Compatibility & Care
To install, first determine the optimal height, typically 40-48 inches from the floor for easy reach. If using screws, mark the pilot holes and drill into the mounting surface; for adhesive installation, ensure the wall is completely clean, dry, and free of oils or dust to guarantee a strong bond. Allow the adhesive to set for 24 hours before loading the product bottle. To maintain the bracket, clean the silver finish with a soft, microfiber cloth and a mild soap solution. Avoid using abrasive sponges or harsh chemicals that could scratch or dull the metallic surface.
