Can I use this in any car?

Yes, as long as the vehicle has a standard 12V DC power system.

Yes, the LotusLamp X app is free for both iOS and Android devices.

Can I cut the strips to size?

The strips are designed for specific lengths; consult the manual for specific instructions on trimming to avoid damaging the LED circuits.

How many zones can I control?

The system supports dual-zone control, allowing for two independent lighting configurations.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

This kit is designed for universal 12V DC automotive systems. Before beginning installation, ensure your car is powered off to prevent electrical shorts.

Planning: Lay out the strips along your desired interior paths to ensure lengths are sufficient before removing adhesive backings.
Controller Placement: Mount the main controller in a dry, accessible area under the dash, ensuring sub-controllers are distributed to reach door panels.
Wiring: Connect the system to your car's 12V power supply. Consult your vehicle's manual if you are unfamiliar with tapping into fuse boxes.
Maintenance: Periodically wipe the acrylic strips with a dry microfiber cloth to remove dust. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, as these may degrade the fiber optic coating.
