The Antos Cerea Chews - Hedgehog are natural, vegetable-based dental treats ideal for dog owners seeking a wheat-free and gluten-free snack that actively supports oral health. FAQs
Are these chews suitable for puppies?
These are generally designed for adult dogs; please consult your veterinarian before introducing hard dental chews to puppies with developing teeth.
How many chews can I give per day?
It is recommended to limit treats to 10% of your dog's total daily caloric intake. One chew per day is typically sufficient for dental maintenance.
Do these contain any artificial preservatives?
No, Antos Cerea Chews are made without artificial chemicals, meat by-products, or wheat.
Are these vegetarian friendly?
Yes, they are completely vegetable-based and contain no meat products.
Will these help with bad breath?
By reducing tartar and plaque buildup, these chews help address the underlying causes of canine bad breath.
Troubleshooting
Dog tries to swallow the chew whole
Hold the chew in your hand while the dog gnaws on it, or use a chew toy holder if available to force the dog to work at it piece by piece.
Chew is too hard for the dog
You can lightly mist the treat with a small amount of water to soften the outer layer slightly, making it more pliable for younger or smaller dogs.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
These chews require no special setup; simply serve them as a standalone reward. They are compatible with most adult dog diets, particularly those requiring grain-free options. To ensure optimal freshness and prevent the treats from becoming overly brittle or dry, store the bag in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and seal the package tightly after every use. Always ensure that fresh water is readily available for your dog whenever they enjoy a treat.
