These 5 Star Office wallet style envelopes are designed for businesses and professionals who require a reliable solution for high-volume general correspondence. The primary benefit is the combination of a self-seal closure and a windowed design, which significantly streamlines the mailing process; however, users should note that the 90gsm paper weight is standard for everyday use and may not be suitable for bulky or heavy documents.

These envelopes are made from standard 90gsm white paper.
Each pack contains 500 envelopes.
No, these feature a self-seal closure that activates with pressure.
Yes, they include a blue opaque interior which obscures the contents from view.
The window measures 39x93mm.
Yes, they are designed to fit an A4 sheet when folded into thirds.
Ensure the envelope is not overstuffed and apply firm, consistent pressure across the entire length of the adhesive strip for several seconds.
Verify that your document template margins are set to accommodate the window position of 19mm from the left and 18mm from the bottom.
To ensure the best results, use these envelopes with standard DL-sized letter templates. When printing addresses, ensure your document margins align with the 39x93mm window position to prevent partial address coverage. Store these envelopes in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight; prolonged exposure to high temperatures can degrade the pressure-sensitive adhesive on the flap, making it less effective over time. Avoid overstuffing the envelopes to maintain a clean appearance and to ensure the self-seal bond holds securely during transit.
