Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: Before first use, ensure the marker is properly activated. Typically, this involves shaking the pen well, then pressing the tip onto a firm surface to allow the paint to flow. Test the ink flow on a scrap piece of material before applying it to your intended surface.
Compatibility: This marker is designed for use on tyres, plastics, metals, composites, and rubber. For best results, use on clean, dry, and non-porous surfaces. Avoid using on heavily oiled or waxed surfaces without proper cleaning.
Care: Store the marker with the cap on tightly and in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight or extreme temperatures. If the tip becomes clogged with dried paint, it can often be cleaned gently with a damp cloth or alcohol wipe. Ensure the pen is stored tip-up or horizontally to prevent ink leakage.
