Troubleshooting

Pet is still anxious despite using the throw.

The effectiveness of calming aids can vary. Ensure the throw is placed in a quiet, safe space. For persistent anxiety, consult a veterinarian or professional pet behaviorist.

Throw is accumulating excessive pet hair.

Brush the throw regularly with a pet hair remover or lint brush. Machine washing and tumble drying on a cool setting can also help loosen trapped hair.

Fabric is thinning or showing wear.

While durable, excessive chewing or rough play can wear down the fabric. If your pet is a heavy chewer, supervise use and consider a more robust pet bed.

Throw has an odor after use.

Ensure the throw is washed according to care instructions (30°C machine wash). For stubborn odors, consider adding a pet-safe fabric refresher or a cup of white vinegar to the wash cycle (do not use bleach).
