The WORKPRO 100-piece triangle sanding set is an essential toolkit addition for DIY enthusiasts and professionals working on wood or metal projects. It offers significant utility for tasks ranging from heavy-duty paint removal to fine surface polishing, providing a reliable and durable abrasive solution for multi and triangle sanders. However, users should note that because the sheets are pre-cut for specific triangle configurations, they may require careful alignment with non-standard sander base plates to ensure the dust extraction holes remain effective.

They are designed for 100 x 150mm triangle sanders. Please check your specific tool's base plate to confirm the 11-hole pattern alignment.
These sheets are primarily designed for dry sanding wood and metal applications; excessive moisture may compromise the hook and loop backing.
The set contains 20 sheets of 40 grit, 20 of 80 grit, 40 of 120 grit, and 20 of 180 grit.
Yes, the sheets can be cut to fit smaller sections if your specific project or detail sander requires a non-standard shape.
The hole pattern matches the vacuum ports on most professional triangle sanders to pull dust away from the work surface, keeping the abrasive clean and the air clearer.
Ensure the sander base is free of dust before attaching the sheet and check that the hook and loop material on the tool is not worn out.
Verify that the 11-hole pattern is aligned with the tool's vacuum holes and ensure your dust collection bag or vacuum attachment is not full.
Check if you are using a grit that is too fine for the material; increase pressure slightly or use a coarser grit for initial removal phases.
To achieve the best results, align the 11-hole pattern on the sandpaper with the ventilation holes on your triangle sander's base plate. Press the sandpaper firmly onto the hook and loop pad, ensuring no air bubbles are trapped between the surfaces. To extend the life of your sandpaper, avoid applying excessive pressure; allow the tool's motor and the abrasive material to do the work. After use, store the sheets in a cool, dry place away from humidity to prevent the adhesive backing from weakening. If the paper becomes clogged with fine dust during long sessions, gently tap the sander or use a cleaning stick to restore the abrasive efficiency.
