The Wistows Bath Step is designed for individuals seeking increased stability and reduced strain when stepping into or out of a shower or bathtub. It provides a secure, non-slip platform that bridges the height gap, offering peace of mind and independence for those with limited mobility. While the robust design ensures safety, users should note that the stackable nature of the platform requires careful alignment to maintain full stability when adding height extensions.

The Wistows Bath Step supports a maximum weight of 190kg (30 stone).
Yes, the unit is designed with a non-slip surface and is suitable for use in wet environments, provided it is placed on a level surface.
Each additional unit adds 5cm to the overall height.
The platform measures 50cm x 40cm with a base height of 10cm.
No assembly is required for the base unit; it is ready to use out of the box.
Clean with a damp cloth and a mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners that might damage the non-slip texture.
Ensure the bathroom floor is completely clean and dry before placement. Check that all four rubberized feet are in full contact with the floor.
Ensure the connection tabs are aligned correctly. Apply firm downward pressure until you hear or feel the units lock into place.
Setting up the Wistows Bath Step is straightforward: simply place the unit on a flat, dry, and clean bathroom floor surface directly in front of your shower or tub entrance. If you wish to increase the height, ensure the connection points of the stackable units are securely locked. To maintain the integrity of the product, wipe the platform down after use to remove any soap scum or shampoo residue, as build-up can make any surface slippery over time. Regularly check the rubber feet to ensure they remain free of debris and maintain their grip on the tile.
