Troubleshooting
Birdbath feels unstable after setup.
Ensure the base is placed on a perfectly level and firm surface. If the ground is soft or uneven, consider using a paving slab or gravel base to provide adequate stability.
Water becomes dirty quickly.
Clean the birdbath regularly (at least weekly) with a stiff brush. Remove any fallen leaves or debris promptly. Consider placing the birdbath away from overhanging trees that shed a lot of leaves or pollen.
Difficulty in moving the birdbath.
Due to its weight, it is recommended to choose the final location before assembly and filling. If repositioning is necessary, empty the water completely and seek assistance to lift and move the two sections separately.

Setup, Compatibility & Care Instructions
Setup:
- Identify the base and the top bowl.
- Place the base on a firm, level surface in your desired garden location. Ensure the ground is stable to prevent tipping.
- Carefully lift and place the top bowl onto the base. The two pieces are designed to fit together securely.
- Fill the bowl with fresh, clean water. Avoid overfilling, which could lead to overflow.
Compatibility:
- This birdbath is designed for outdoor use and is compatible with all garden environments.
- It is suitable for use with tap water.
Care:
- Regular Cleaning: Empty and clean the birdbath weekly using a stiff brush and clean water. Avoid using harsh chemicals or detergents, as these can be harmful to birds. A mild soap solution can be used sparingly if necessary, but rinse thoroughly.
- Algae Prevention: To prevent excessive algae growth, scrub the interior regularly. Some natural methods, like adding a few drops of water from an established wildlife pond, can introduce beneficial microorganisms that help keep the water cleaner.
- Winter Care: While designed for all-year-round use, in very harsh frost conditions, it is advisable to empty the birdbath to prevent water freezing and potentially causing damage. Alternatively, you can cover it securely.
