Troubleshooting

Shower not heating up correctly

Check that the desired temperature is set correctly via the digital dial or app. Ensure the minimum required water pressure is being met. Verify that the maximum temperature limit has not been inadvertently set too low.

App not connecting to the shower

Ensure your smartphone is within range of your Wi-Fi router. Confirm that the shower is powered on and connected to your home network. Try restarting your router and the shower system.

Low water flow from showerheads

Check for blockages in the showerhead nozzles and clean them. Inspect and clean the replaceable filters and check valves. Verify that the water supply pressure meets the minimum requirement (1.0 Bar).

Temperature fluctuations during shower

This indicates a loss of thermostatic stability. Ensure the filters and check valves are clean. Verify that the incoming water pressure is stable. If the issue persists, contact Mira customer support.

Digital controller not responding

Try resetting the shower system by turning off the power supply for a few minutes, then restoring it. Ensure the controller is clean and free from debris. Contact Mira support if the issue persists.
