FAQs
Can this screen be installed on glass desks?
It is not recommended to use G-clamp mounting systems on glass surfaces as the pressure may cause the glass to crack.
Does the screen come with mounting hardware?
Yes, the product includes a Universal G-clamp for quick and easy attachment.
What is the height of the screen above the desk surface?
The screen stands at a height of 400mm from the point of mounting.
Is the fabric material fire-retardant?
The screen is designed to meet standard office furniture fire safety requirements; please refer to the technical data sheet for specific certification ratings.
Can I pin documents to this screen?
While the fabric is durable, it is not specifically designed as a notice board; consistent pinning may degrade the acoustic fabric over time.
Troubleshooting
The screen feels wobbly or unstable after installation
Check the G-clamp tension. Ensure the screw is fully tightened against the underside of the desk surface.
The screen does not fit the desk edge
Verify that your desk has a flat overhang. If your desk has a frame or cable tray blocking the clamp, you may need to reposition the clamp slightly.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Installation of the Impulse/Evolve Bench Screen is straightforward due to the Universal G-clamp system. Simply slide the clamp onto the edge of your desk, adjust the screw tension until the base is firmly secured, and ensure the screen is level. Before installation, confirm that your desk has an overhang of at least 30mm to accommodate the clamp bracket. Regarding compatibility, this screen is optimized for the Impulse office range but fits most standard straight-edge desks with a thickness between 15mm and 30mm. To maintain the screen's appearance, vacuum the fabric surface gently with a soft brush attachment occasionally. Avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, as they may damage the fabric weave; instead, use a slightly damp, lint-free cloth for spot cleaning.
