FAQs
Can I use these cloths on delicate surfaces?
Yes, microfibre is generally safe for most surfaces, including wood, glass, and car interiors, as it is designed to be non-abrasive.
Do I need to use cleaning solutions with these cloths?
No, these cloths are designed to be effective with just water, though you can use them with your preferred cleaning solution if desired.
How long will these cloths last?
With proper care, such as washing at 40 degrees and avoiding fabric softeners, these durable cloths are designed for hundreds of uses.
Are these cloths safe for polished wood?
Yes, they are excellent for dusting polished wood as they trap dust rather than simply pushing it around.
Why is there a rainbow colour-coded system?
The colour coding allows you to dedicate specific colours to different cleaning zones (e.g., blue for bathroom, yellow for kitchen) to prevent cross-contamination.
Troubleshooting
Cloth is not absorbing water effectively
The cloth may be clogged with residue from fabric softeners or cleaning products. Wash the cloth in hot water without detergent or softener to reset the fibres.
Cloth is leaving lint or streaks
This usually indicates the cloth is saturated or dirty. Rinse thoroughly or switch to a fresh, clean cloth.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
No complex setup is required; the cloths are ready for use immediately upon opening. To maintain the integrity of the microfibre loops:
- Routine Care: Machine wash at 40 degrees Celsius after heavy use.
- Avoid Fabric Softeners: Do not use fabric softeners or dryer sheets, as these coat the fibres and reduce absorbency.
- Bleach Disclaimer: Avoid using bleach, as it can degrade the synthetic fibres over time.
- Drying: Air drying is recommended to extend the lifespan, though they can be tumble-dried on a low setting if necessary.
