Troubleshooting

Food is sticking to the bottom of the pot.

Ensure you are using the correct heat setting for your cooking needs. Add sufficient oil or liquid to the pot before cooking. Consider preheating the pot on low heat before adding food.

Lid is difficult to remove.

Allow the pot to cool slightly to release any pressure build-up. Use oven mitts to handle the hot lid safely.

Stains or discoloration on the stainless steel.

Use a stainless steel cleaner or a mixture of baking soda and water to gently scrub the affected area. Avoid harsh abrasive cleaners.

Pots are not heating evenly on induction cooktops.

Ensure the pot base is making full contact with the induction surface. Check for any debris or obstructions between the pot and the cooktop.
