Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup:
This webbing is typically used in conjunction with ratchet handles and end fittings to create lashing straps. Cut the webbing to the desired length using sharp scissors or a utility knife. If fraying is a concern at cut ends, lightly singe the edges with a flame (e.g., a lighter or cauterizing tool) to seal the polyester fibers. Ensure any end fittings are securely attached according to their specific instructions.
Compatibility:
Compatible with standard ratchet tie-down systems, buckles, and various end fittings designed for 50mm webbing. It is suitable for use with a wide range of anchoring points on vehicles, trailers, and structures.
Care:
Clean the webbing with mild soap and water using a damp cloth. Rinse thoroughly and allow it to air dry completely before storage. Avoid using harsh solvents or abrasive cleaners that could damage the polyester fibers. Store in a dry, well-ventilated area away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
