Locate the quick-release pins on the back of the watch. Slide the pin to release the strap. Attach the new strap by aligning the pin and sliding it back in.

Navigate to the phone app on your watch. Select a contact from your contacts list or dial a number directly.

Wear the watch while you sleep. The watch will automatically track your sleep patterns, which you can view in the Radley app.

Check the water resistance rating of your watch before swimming. Avoid prolonged exposure to water.

Open the Radley app, go to the settings, and check for software updates. Follow the on-screen instructions to install any available updates.

Reduce screen brightness, disable features you don't use, and limit background app activity.
