The Steiff Floppy Hoppel Rabbit is a premium plush companion designed for toddlers and children who need a soft, comforting friend for both naptime and active play. Measuring 20 cm, its key benefit is the high-quality, huggable design that incorporates bean bags for a satisfying tactile experience, though it should be noted that the internal bean bags require the toy to be kept away from water to prevent damage.

FAQs
Is the Floppy Hoppel Rabbit machine washable?
No, it is not recommended to machine wash the rabbit as the internal bean bags can be damaged by water submersion.
What is the age recommendation for this toy?
Steiff plush toys are generally suitable for all ages, making them a safe and comforting companion for infants and children.
How do I identify that this is an authentic Steiff toy?
Look for the iconic 'Button in Ear' tag, which is the trademark sign of a genuine Steiff creation.
Can the rabbit stand on its own?
No, the Floppy Hoppel is intentionally designed to be floppy and unstructured, so it is meant to sit or lie down.
Is the material hypoallergenic?
Steiff uses high-quality synthetic plush that is generally well-tolerated, but those with specific fabric sensitivities should monitor the child during initial play.
Troubleshooting

Setup, Compatibility & Care
There is no setup required for the Floppy Hoppel Rabbit; it is ready for play immediately upon unpacking. To ensure the longevity of your Steiff plush, follow these care guidelines:
- Cleaning: Spot clean only using a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid soaking the toy to prevent the bean bag material inside from clumping or retaining moisture.
- Storage: Store in a cool, dry place to keep the synthetic plush fibers soft and prevent dust accumulation.
- Safety: Regularly inspect for any signs of wear to ensure the seam integrity remains intact for safe play.
