This guide is for busy office professionals and anyone needing to securely collate loose papers. The key benefit is strong, reliable paper management with easy fold-flat handles for storage. A potential caveat is that these clips are best suited for paper collation and not for heavy-duty material binding. The Clipper Foldback Clip - 19mm - Black - Pack Of 100 offers a robust solution for organizing documents with its durable steel construction and convenient fold-flat design.

Ensure the papers are within the 19mm capacity limit. Check if the clip's tension mechanism is obstructed or damaged. For optimal grip, ensure papers are aligned neatly before clipping.
Gently flex the handles back and forth. If stiffness persists, a tiny drop of lubricant (like WD-40) on the pivot point may help, but use sparingly to avoid transfer to paper.
Wipe the clip clean with a dry cloth. If rust is minor, it can often be gently scrubbed off with a fine-grade steel wool. Avoid prolonged exposure to moisture.
Setup: No assembly or setup is required. These clips are ready for immediate use straight from the packaging.
Compatibility: Designed to securely hold standard paper and cardstock. Compatibility extends to various paper thicknesses up to the 19mm capacity. Not recommended for use with fabric, plastic, or other non-paper materials.
Care: To maintain performance, ensure the clips are free from dust and debris. Wipe with a dry or slightly damp cloth if they become dirty. Avoid exposure to excessive moisture or corrosive substances, which could lead to rust or damage to the steel. Store flat in a dry place.
