How durable is the jumbo cord fabric?

Jumbo cord is known for its textured appeal and good durability for upholstery, offering a comfortable and long-lasting finish when properly cared for.

What is the recommended cleaning method for the fabric?

For best results, vacuum regularly with a soft brush attachment. Blot spills immediately and use a mild upholstery cleaner for stains, always testing in an inconspicuous area first.

Troubleshooting

Sofa sections do not align correctly.

Ensure all connecting brackets are fully engaged and that no packaging material is obstructing the joints. Loosen screws slightly, align, and then retighten.

Cushions feel too firm or too soft.

Over time, cushions will soften with use. If they feel too soft, ensure they are correctly placed and plumped. If too firm, check if any internal packaging is still present.

Fabric appears creased or matted.

Use a soft-bristled upholstery brush or a handheld vacuum cleaner with an upholstery attachment to gently brush the fabric. Avoid excessive pressure.

Sofa wobbles or feels unstable.

Check that all legs are securely screwed in and are level. Adjust leveling feet if provided, or use shims to stabilize on uneven floors.
