Whether kid's get their first puppy when they're in Kindergarten or the dog was around before they were born, the bond between the family dog and a kid is something special. Kids learn to be gently and not pull the dogs tail while the dogs learn to resist taking human food from their hands and use extra care in games of tug-o-war. The household dog protects the kid from mailmen and squirrels. He cuddles up on cold winter days. And keeps kids company when a cold or flu forces them to stay home from school. Maybe that's why we can all connect with the wonder of Clifford the Big Red Dog. He might be the size of a house but he's got all the traits one can hope for when it comes to a family pet. He's funny, playful, and totally down to cuddle up when it's time to sit down and read. Want to celebrate everything the Big Red Dog has done for his little pal, Emily Elizabeth? Zip into this big red jumpsuit to show that every big dog can learn new tricks.Product DetailsMake an immediate and rather nostalgic impact when you show up to any event dressed as the iconic character, Cllifford. Perfect for school events and book sales, this licensed Clifford costume looks like it's straight from the books as well as the PBS kid's series. The soft jumpsuit zips up the front and is topped off with a sculpted head with eyes and big floppy ears. Stuffed shoe covers top off whatever shoes are most comfortable for you while mitts cover you human paws for a fully canine look!A Big, Rad EntranceIf you're looking for a costume that's nostalgic and different from everyone else's this Halloween, Clifford is a great choice. Heading out with your family. Little kids can dress as Cleo, T-Bone, or even Emily Elizabeth to make your storybook look complete!Live Your Best LifeLet's face it. There are just some types of behavior that dogs can get away with, but humans can't. Just imagine the strange looks you'd get from the neighbors if you howled every time a visitor rang the doorbell or if you ate food off the ground whenever someone accidentally dropped a couple of crumbs. Yup, there are just some forms of conduct that are better done by our canine comrades. However, we totally get your struggle because we think our dogs have the best lives. Sleeping for a good portion of the day, then going out to play fetch, then coming back inside to eat a big ol' helping of kibble sounds ideal to us, too (go figure). So, when we want to take a break from human life to experience life as a pooch, we reach for our exclusive Clifford the Big Red Dog costume. It allows you to explore life as Emily Elizabeth's giant red pup!Design & DetailsJust hop inside the soft zip-up jumpsuit with attached mitts and shoe covers, and you're ready for a tail-wagging good time. Now you can freely engage in all the dog-like behavior inside the comfort of your own home while looking exactly like the cartoon dog you've always wanted as your pet. Go ahead, chew on your own shoes, rub your butt on the carpet, dig a hole in the garden, and play a game of fetch with yourself! However, not under any circumstances do we promote you lifting your leg on the fire hydrant outside. That will always be a no-no for grown-ups who are wearing dog costumes.... sorry, there's nothing we can do about that!Destined for CuddlesOnce you become everyone's favorite giant, red doggo, not only do you get to enjoy the delights of a life of comfort, but everyone will want to give you some head scratches!
