Troubleshooting
Cover does not fit properly after washing
Ensure the cover was washed according to care label instructions, particularly regarding temperature. Lay the cover flat to air dry, avoiding high heat tumble drying which can cause shrinkage.
Pet is chewing or digging at the duvet
This duvet is not designed for destructive chewing. Redirect chewing behavior to appropriate toys. Supervise your pet initially to ensure they use it as intended.
Filling seems lumpy or uneven
Gently reshape the filling by hand to redistribute it evenly within the cover. Ensure all press studs are fastened to keep the filling in place.
Duvet has an odor
Remove the cover and wash it according to instructions. If the odor persists on the filling, air it out in a well-ventilated area. Spot clean any soiled areas on the filling.
