Troubleshooting
Net head does not lock in place
Ensure the net head is fully opened and the locking mechanism has clicked securely. Check for any debris obstructing the lock.
Handle extension is stiff or won't extend
Gently twist and pull the handle sections. If stiff, rinse the connection point with fresh water and dry thoroughly. Avoid forcing the mechanism.
Mesh material appears snagged
Carefully untangle any snags by hand. If a hook is embedded, use pliers to gently remove it, taking care not to tear the mesh.
Belt clip feels loose
Ensure the clip is attached to a suitable thickness of fabric. For added security, use the lanyard in conjunction with the clip.
