Setup, Compatibility & Care
Before first use, wash the pot in warm, soapy water to remove any manufacturing residue. While the pot is induction-ready, always ensure the base is clean and centered on the hob to avoid scratching your stovetop. To maintain the non-stick surface, avoid using metal utensils; silicone, wood, or nylon tools are recommended. When cleaning, avoid using abrasive scrubbers or steel wool, as these can compromise the enamel or the non-stick interior. While the exterior is durable, it is best to hand wash the pot to ensure the longest possible lifespan, and always allow the pot to cool down naturally before rinsing with cold water to prevent thermal shock.
