Troubleshooting

Curtains don't fit properly.

Ensure you have the correct Sunjoy Gazebo model (A1060166F0). Double-check the dimensions of the curtain panels (238 cm x 210 cm) against your gazebo frame.

Zippers are difficult to close.

Lubricate the zippers with a silicone-based lubricant. Ensure that there are no obstructions along the zipper track.

Curtains are fading.

While the curtains are designed for color retention, prolonged exposure to direct sunlight may cause some fading. Consider using the curtains primarily for shade during peak sun hours.

Hardware is missing.

Check the packaging thoroughly. Contact customer support for replacement parts.
