Troubleshooting
Poster arrived creased or damaged
Inspect the packaging upon arrival. If damaged, contact the retailer immediately with photographic evidence. If minor creasing is present and the poster is unframed, a heavy book can sometimes flatten it out over time.
Difficulty finding a suitable frame
Measure the poster dimensions accurately. Standard frame sizes are readily available at most home decor or craft stores. For custom sizes, consider local framing services or online custom framers.
Print quality not as expected
Ensure you are viewing the print in adequate lighting. If the issue persists and the print appears significantly different from the advertised quality, contact the seller for assistance.
