Full details

The Fox CamoLite Large Barrow Cover is designed for anglers using large fishing barrows, especially the Fox Power Barrows, though it fits most large models. FAQs

What size barrows is this cover designed for?

This cover is specifically designed for large barrows, including Fox Power Barrows, and should fit most other large barrow models.

Is the cover completely waterproof?

Yes, it features a 10000mm hydrostatic head rating and fully taped seams, providing excellent waterproof protection.

How do I secure the cover to my barrow?

The cover has a pull cord with a toggle at the hem, which you cinch around the base of the barrow and secure with the toggle.

Can this cover fit smaller barrows?

While it might be adaptable, it is designed for large barrows and may be too large for smaller models, potentially leading to a loose fit.

How should I clean the barrow cover?

Clean the cover with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh detergents or abrasive cleaners. Allow it to air dry completely before storing.

Does the camouflage pattern offer any practical benefit?

The unique Fox camo pattern provides a discreet look that can help blend in with the natural environment.

Troubleshooting

Cover does not fit snugly

Ensure the pull cord is fully tightened and the toggle is secured. If the cover is still loose, it may be too large for your specific barrow model.

Water is seeping through the cover

Check if the seams are properly taped. Minor leaks might occur if tape is damaged; however, for significant seepage, the cover may be compromised.

Toggled hem is difficult to adjust

Ensure the cord is not twisted or frayed. If the toggle is stiff, gently work it back and forth to loosen it.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: To set up the cover, simply drape it over your loaded barrow. Utilize the pull cord at the hem to cinch the cover tightly around the base of the barrow. Adjust the toggle to secure the cord and ensure a snug fit, preventing wind from lifting the cover.

Compatibility: This cover is designed for large barrows, with a specific emphasis on fitting Fox Power Barrows. While it aims to fit most large barrow designs, it may be excessively large or cumbersome for smaller, more compact barrow models.

Care: To maintain the cover's waterproof properties and extend its lifespan, clean it periodically. Use a damp cloth to wipe away dirt and debris. Avoid using harsh detergents or abrasive cleaners. After cleaning, allow the cover to air dry completely before storing it to prevent mildew and maintain fabric integrity.
