The HOMCOM Heavy Duty Foldable Trolley is designed for individuals who frequently transport heavy or awkward loads, particularly those navigating staircases or narrow spaces. Its primary benefit is the reduction of physical strain through a specialized tri-wheel stair-climbing mechanism and a flexible, telescopic handle. While it offers exceptional versatility for daily errands, users should note that its compact design is intended for moderate weight capacities and may not be suitable for industrial-scale heavy lifting.

The trolley folds down to approximately 38 x 8.5 x 81 cm.
Yes, the telescopic handle adjusts between 77 cm and 102 cm.
The three-wheel design allows the trolley to 'walk' up stairs by rotating as you pull, keeping the weight balanced over the steps.
Yes, the trolley comes with an integrated pull rope to help secure your cargo.
It is suitable for general outdoor transport errands, but should be stored indoors to prevent rust and maintain the integrity of the materials.
Ensure the release button is fully released and move the handle slightly up or down until the locking pin clicks into the nearest hole.
Verify that all wheels are securely attached and that the base plate is fully extended and locked in the flat position.
Check for debris caught in the wheel housing or axle. Apply a light silicone-based lubricant to the wheel axles if movement remains restricted.
To set up the trolley, unfold the base frame until it locks into place, then secure the wheels according to the provided manual. Ensure all locking mechanisms are fully engaged before adding a load. To maintain the trolley, keep the wheel axles free of debris and dirt, which can impede rotation. When not in use, wipe the frame with a damp cloth to remove grit. Regularly check that the telescopic handle locks firmly into your preferred height setting to prevent slippage during use.
