Troubleshooting

Pushchair folding mechanism feels stiff

Ensure the seat unit is in the correct position and no items are obstructing the fold joints; apply a light silicone spray to the pivot points if needed.

Check the slide tracks on the ISOFIX base for any debris or obstructions and ensure the base is level.

Wheels squeaking during use

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setting up your Ocarro 2 bundle involves attaching the seat unit and wheels to the frame, which typically takes under 15 minutes. The Maxi-Cosi FamilyFix Slide Pro base must be installed using your vehicle's ISOFIX anchorage points and the support leg properly adjusted. For maintenance, clean the chassis with a damp cloth and avoid abrasive cleaners that could damage the finish. The seat fabrics are generally removable and should be washed according to the care labels. Regularly check the wheel axles for debris to maintain a smooth rolling performance.
