Check for obstructions on the door frame or hinges. Ensure the wardrobe is level on the floor. Minor adjustments to hinges may be possible.
As the material is scratch-resistant, deep scratches are difficult to remove. For minor surface marks, consult the manufacturer's guidelines for any specific touch-up solutions. Avoid using abrasive cleaning pads.
Before ordering, measure all doorways, hallways, and staircases. If access is a concern, contact customer service to discuss potential solutions or alternatives.
If the legs were detached for transit, they should be reattached by the delivery team. If not, locate the screws and reattach them securely following the assembly diagram, if provided.
Setup:
This wardrobe is delivered fully assembled. Upon delivery, the two-man team will place it in your room of choice. Please ensure the delivery path to your room is clear of obstacles. If the item has legs, these will be detached during transit to prevent damage and will need to be reattached by the delivery team or yourself.
Compatibility:
Ensure that the dimensions of the wardrobe (height, width, depth) are suitable for your intended room and that it can be maneuvered through doorways, hallways, and staircases. Check that the floor space in your bedroom is adequate for the wardrobe's footprint.
Care:
To maintain the wardrobe's finish, wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid using abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as these can damage the scratch-resistant surface. For the mirrored door, use a standard glass cleaner sprayed onto a cloth, not directly onto the mirror, to avoid drips.
