Troubleshooting
Mattress feels firmer than expected
Allow the mattress a settling-in period of a few weeks. Natural fillings can take time to adjust. Ensure the mattress is on a supportive base.
Noticeable motion transfer
While designed to minimize motion transfer, very sensitive individuals might still notice slight movement. Ensure you are rotating and flipping the mattress as recommended to maintain its support structure.
Slight initial odor
A faint odor from natural materials is normal and should dissipate within a few days. Ensure the room is well-ventilated.
Uneven surface after some use
Rotate and flip the mattress regularly (according to manufacturer instructions) to ensure even wear and prevent settling.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: The mattress is ready to use upon delivery. Ensure it is placed on a suitable bed frame that provides adequate support and ventilation. For optimal performance, allow the mattress to air out for a few hours after unwrapping if it has been compressed.
Compatibility: This mattress is compatible with most standard bed frames, including divan bases, slatted frames (with slats no more than 7cm apart), and ottoman bases. Ensure your bed frame provides firm, even support.
Care: To maintain the mattress's condition and longevity, it is recommended to rotate it regularly (e.g., head to toe) and flip it seasonally, as indicated by the mattress's construction (check for labels indicating 'no flip' if applicable, and only rotate). Use a mattress protector to guard against spills and stains, which also helps maintain hygiene. Clean the mattress surface with a slightly damp cloth if necessary, avoiding harsh chemicals or excessive moisture. Do not wash the mattress itself.
