Troubleshooting
The print arrived slightly curled from shipping
Lay the print flat on a clean surface and place heavy, flat objects like books on the corners for 24-48 hours before framing.
The print does not fit in my chosen frame

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setting up your new art is straightforward. Once you receive your print, measure the dimensions carefully to ensure you purchase a matching frame. It is recommended to use a frame with an acid-free backing and a mat board if you want to elevate the presentation. To keep the print in pristine condition, avoid hanging it in direct, harsh sunlight to prevent potential color fading. If you need to clean the area around the print, use a dry microfiber cloth to dust the frame, and ensure the room is adequately ventilated to prevent moisture buildup near the paper.
