FAQs
Is the fabric hypoallergenic?
The set is made without harmful chemicals, making it a safe choice for most users, though it is not explicitly marketed as medical-grade hypoallergenic.
Does the set include the duvet insert?
No, this set includes the duvet cover and one pillow sham only; the insert must be purchased separately.
How do I prevent the fabric from pilling?
Always wash the duvet cover inside out and avoid mixing it with abrasive fabrics like heavy denims or items with zippers.
Can I iron this fabric?
Yes, you can iron on a low heat setting, but the microfiber material is naturally wrinkle-resistant and typically does not require ironing.
Is the cream color prone to yellowing?
When washed according to the instructions and kept away from direct, prolonged harsh sunlight, the cream color will remain consistent.
Troubleshooting
The cover is creating static electricity.
Use a dryer sheet during the drying cycle or lightly mist the duvet with water to reduce static build-up.
Duvet insert shifts inside the cover.
Ensure the insert is properly tucked into the corners and consider using fabric clips to secure the insert to the inside corners of the cover.
Stains are difficult to remove.
Pre-treat the spot with a mild laundry detergent before machine washing; avoid high-heat drying until the stain is fully removed.
