Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: Ensure the surface to which you are applying the vinyl is clean, dry, and completely flat. Use the cutting grid on the reverse of the wrap for accurate sizing. Carefully peel back a portion of the backing paper and align the vinyl. Slowly apply the vinyl, using a felt edge smoother to push out air bubbles as you go. The vinyl is repositionable during this initial application phase. For curved edges, a hairdryer can be used to gently heat and stretch the vinyl for a smoother fit.
Compatibility: This vinyl wrap is suitable for any flat, non-porous surface, including laminate, wood, metal, and glass. It is not recommended for textured, uneven, or porous surfaces where adhesion may be compromised.
Care: To maintain the appearance and durability, wipe up spills immediately to prevent staining. Clean the surface with a damp cloth and mild soap if necessary. Avoid abrasive cleaners or scouring pads, which can damage the finish. The vinyl is heat resistant up to 70°C, but direct contact with hot items should be avoided.
