FAQs
What are the exact dimensions of the tea stand?
The tray measures approximately 14x23 cm. The height from the tray to the arch is approximately 20 cm.
Is the tea stand suitable for outdoor use?
It is best used in dry, outdoor conditions like a covered patio. Prolonged exposure to direct weather (rain, harsh sun) is not recommended as it can damage the materials and finish.
Can I place hot items directly on the tray?
While the materials are natural, it is advisable to use coasters or placemats under very hot items to protect the surface and finish.
How should I clean spills?
Wipe spills immediately with a soft, damp cloth. Allow the area to air dry completely.
Will my tea stand look exactly like the picture?
Each tea stand is individually handmade, so there will be natural variations in the wood grain, color, and shape. This uniqueness is part of its charm.
Is this tea stand heavy?
No, it is designed to be lightweight and portable, making it easy to move around.
What is the warranty period?
Please refer to the retailer's warranty information for specific details, as this is not provided in the product description.
Troubleshooting
Tea stand appears uneven or wobbly
Gently adjust the base on a flat surface. Minor variations are normal due to the handmade nature.
Whitewashed finish seems to be fading
Ensure the stand is kept in a dry environment and avoid direct sunlight for prolonged periods. Clean only with a damp cloth.
Stains on the coconut leaf or rattan surface
Wipe immediately with a slightly damp cloth. For stubborn stains, a very mild soap solution can be used, followed by a clean damp cloth. Ensure it dries thoroughly.
