Setup, Compatibility & Care
Preparation: Before applying, ensure the surface is clean, dry, and free from dirt, grease, and loose material. Sand lightly if necessary to create a good key for adhesion.
Mixing: Accurately measure and mix the two components (filler and hardener) according to the manufacturer's instructions, typically a 1:1 ratio by volume. Mix thoroughly on the provided dish until a uniform color is achieved. Do not mix more than you can use within the working pot life.
Application: Apply the mixed filler using the provided spreader, pressing firmly into the damaged area. Smooth the surface as desired.
Curing: Allow the filler to cure completely, which usually takes a few minutes. Refer to packaging for specific cure times.
Compatibility: Suitable for use on metals, wood, stone, and most plastics. Test on a small, inconspicuous area of plastic first if unsure.
Care: Store the filler and hardener in a cool, dry place, tightly sealed. Clean tools immediately after use with warm water.
