FAQs

Will this fit my standard spinning reel?

Yes, it will fit, but it is primarily sized for larger big pit reels, so there may be extra room inside.

Is this bag waterproof?

It is water-resistant, protecting gear from light spray, but it is not intended to be submerged in water.

Can I fit two reels in one case?

No, the NGT Deluxe Reel Case is designed to hold one individual big pit reel securely.

Does it have a shoulder strap?

No, it features a fixed carry handle on the top for transport.

Is the material machine washable?

It is not recommended to machine wash the case, as this can degrade the foam padding and exterior coating.

Troubleshooting

Zip feels stiff or sticks

Clear any dirt or debris from the zipper teeth and apply a small amount of silicone-based zipper lubricant.

Case looks dusty or muddy

Use a soft-bristled brush to remove dry dirt, then follow with a damp cloth to wipe the surface clean.

Pros and Cons

Tailored fit for large big pit reels
Durable, snag-free dual zipper system
Convenient handle for easy transport
Discrete olive green color blends well with fishing gear

Cons

Larger footprint due to padding may take up extra space
Specifically sized for larger reels (may be loose for smaller models)
Not fully waterproof in heavy rain
No internal dividers or pockets for line or tools

Setup, Compatibility & Care

To use, simply unzip the dual zippers fully, place your big pit reel inside, and ensure the handle is folded if possible for a tighter fit. Zip the case shut to secure it. This case is compatible with most standard big pit reels. To care for the product, wipe the exterior with a damp cloth if it becomes soiled with mud or bait. Ensure the case is completely dry before storing it in a dark, cool place to prevent mold or mildew growth. Avoid using abrasive cleaning agents on the fabric, as this may compromise the weather-resistant finish.
