FAQs
What is the recommended wall type for mounting?
The unit should ideally be mounted into wall studs for maximum stability. If studs are not available, use appropriate heavy-duty wall anchors suitable for your specific wall material (e.g., drywall, plaster, concrete).
How much weight can the main TV cabinet hold?
The main TV cabinet has a generous load capacity of 40kg, suitable for supporting most large wall-mounted televisions and their associated equipment.
Can the display shelf be mounted on its own?
Yes, the companion display shelf offers flexibility and can be installed on either side of the main unit or in a completely separate location.
What are the dimensions of the TV unit?
The complete unit is 230cm wide and 160cm tall, providing a substantial presence on your wall.
Is assembly required?
Yes, the unit requires assembly and wall mounting. Instructions are provided. Professional installation is recommended if you are not experienced with furniture mounting.
What is the finish of the unit?
The unit features a sophisticated matte black finish with distinctive warm Artisan Oak details on the display shelf's back panel.
How do I clean the unit?
Wipe clean with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals to maintain the finish.
Troubleshooting
Unit not level after mounting
Loosen the mounting screws slightly, adjust the unit using a level, and then retighten the screws securely. Ensure wall anchors are firmly in place.
Difficulty assembling handleless doors/drawers
Review the assembly manual, specifically the sections detailing the handleless mechanism. Ensure all internal runners and guides are correctly installed and aligned.
Missing hardware during assembly
Double-check all packaging materials. If hardware is confirmed missing, contact Heze Furniture customer support with your product details and a list of the required parts.
Weight capacity concerns
Ensure the TV unit is securely mounted to wall studs or uses appropriate heavy-duty anchors. Distribute weight evenly within the cabinet and adhere strictly to the 40kg maximum load for the main cabinet.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setup: This unit requires wall mounting. Ensure you have the necessary tools, including a drill, level, and appropriate wall anchors for your specific wall type (e.g., drywall, brick, concrete). Follow the provided assembly instructions carefully, paying close attention to securing the mounting brackets to the wall studs or using heavy-duty anchors. The display shelf can be attached to the main unit or mounted separately.
Compatibility: The main cabinet is designed to accommodate most standard media consoles, routers, and gaming devices within its internal dimensions. The 40kg load capacity applies to the TV cabinet itself, supporting the weight of the unit and any mounted display.
Care: Clean the matte black surfaces and Artisan Oak details with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals, as they can damage the finish. For stubborn marks, use a mild soap solution and wipe dry immediately. Regularly check the wall mounting for stability.
