FAQs
Is this playpen suitable for large dogs?
No, the 61 cm height is specifically designed for small pets. Larger dogs may easily jump over the sides.
Can I connect multiple playpens together?
Yes, you can combine multiple Yaheetech playpen sets to create a significantly larger exercise area.
Is it safe for outdoor grass use?
Yes, the metal is durable enough for outdoor use; however, we recommend bringing it inside during severe weather to prevent potential oxidation.
Does this come with a floor mat or cover?
This specific model includes the metal panels only; you will need to provide your own floor mat or cover if required.
How heavy is the unit for travel?
The foldable design makes it compact, but the heavy-duty metal construction provides some weight to ensure stability; it is easily transportable in most standard vehicle trunks.
Troubleshooting
Panels are difficult to fold flat
Ensure all connection pins are fully aligned and that no debris is caught in the hinge points.
Pen slides on smooth surfaces
Use non-slip pads under the base or position the pen on a rug or carpet to improve stability.
Door latch feels stiff
Apply a small amount of silicone-based lubricant to the latch mechanism to ensure smooth operation.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
Setting up the playpen is a tool-free process; simply align the panels and connect them using the provided rods or hinges. The pen is best suited for smaller, lower-energy animals, including kittens, small puppies, and domestic rodents. To maintain the life of the product, wipe the metal panels with a damp cloth after outdoor use to remove dirt or moisture. If using the pen on delicate hardwood floors, consider placing a waterproof mat underneath the structure to provide extra cushioning and surface protection.
