Full details

This Costway Cat Tree is designed for kittens and cats looking for a stimulating and comfortable play and rest area. Its unique jungle-themed design, multiple levels, and integrated scratching surfaces offer a versatile environment for play, climbing, and napping. A potential caveat is its compact size, which may be less suitable for larger, multi-cat households. Key features include a trunk-style condo, a flower-shaped perch, a cozy napping bed, scratching posts and boards, elevated platforms, a spring toy, and a dangling ball, all covered in a soft polyester peach skin fabric.

Troubleshooting

Cat is hesitant to use the tree.

Encourage exploration with catnip, treats, or toys. Ensure the tree is placed in a location your cat frequents and feels secure.

Wobbly or unstable structure.

Double-check that all screws and connectors are tightened securely. Ensure the tree is placed on a level surface. Consider if the tree is appropriate for the size and activity level of your cat.

Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setup: Assembly of the Costway Cat Tree is required. It typically involves connecting the different levels and components using provided hardware. It is recommended to follow the instruction manual carefully, ensuring all parts are securely fastened before allowing your cat to use the tree. A clear, flat surface is ideal for placement to ensure maximum stability.

Compatibility: This cat tree is designed for kittens and cats of various sizes. However, its suitability for larger breeds or multiple highly active cats should be considered based on its dimensions and stability. It is intended for indoor use only.

Care: The platforms are upholstered in soft polyester peach skin covering. For general cleaning, a soft brush or vacuum cleaner can be used to remove loose fur and dust. For more thorough cleaning, the removable perch cover can be detached and washed according to its material care instructions (typically gentle cycle, mild detergent, air dry). The condo structure and other non-removable parts can be wiped clean with a damp cloth. Avoid harsh chemicals or abrasive cleaners to prevent damage to the materials.
