The Gardena SILENO Sense 600 is designed for homeowners with lawns up to 600 m² who want a hands-free, autonomous grass-cutting solution. Its primary benefit is the combination of AI-powered vision and satellite-based navigation, which eliminates the need for perimeter wires and simplifies installation. However, users should be aware that while it handles slopes up to 25%, it may struggle in gardens with extremely dense overhanging foliage that could obstruct satellite or camera-based sensors.

No, it uses satellite navigation and vision AI, completely eliminating the need for perimeter wires.
It is recommended to use a standard garden hose at low pressure. Avoid using high-pressure washers as they may force water into sensitive electrical seals.
The SILENO Sense 600 is designed to handle inclines up to 25%.
Yes, its waterproof design allows it to operate during light rain, though it may pause or return to base during severe weather.
Yes, the Gardena EasyApp is provided free of charge to manage your mower's settings, maps, and schedules.
The intelligent object recognition system will detect the toy and maneuver around it to avoid collision.
Check if the charging station is positioned in a clear area without overhead obstructions like deep tree branches or large metal structures.
Clean the camera lens gently with a soft, damp cloth to ensure the AI sensors have a clear view of the environment.
Verify that the cutting height is set correctly and that the grass is not excessively long, as cutting very dense, tall grass increases energy consumption.
Setup begins by placing the charging station in an open area with a strong signal. Once powered, use the Gardena EasyApp to guide the mower through an initial mapping cycle. Ensure your garden has adequate satellite coverage; avoid placing the base station under thick tree canopies or low-hanging eaves that could interfere with signal reception. For daily care, ensure the blades remain sharp for a clean cut. Thanks to the IPX5 rating, you can perform routine maintenance by spraying the chassis down with a garden hose to remove grass clippings. Always ensure the mower is powered off before inspecting the blades.
