Is the handle on the frying basket heat-resistant?

Troubleshooting

Fryer won't turn on.

Check that the fryer is plugged in and the power outlet is working. Also, make sure the fryer is switched on.

Food is not cooking properly.

Ensure the correct temperature has been set. Do not overcrowd the basket and allow enough cooking time. Check that the oil has reached the set temperature.
