Full details
The Havanna Visitor Bespoke Colour Quest (KCUP3861) is designed for professionals and office managers looking to provide comfortable, high-quality seating in boardrooms or meeting spaces. FAQs
Is the Havanna Visitor Chair stackable?
No, this specific model (KCUP3861) is not designed to be stackable due to its cantilever frame structure.
What is the weight capacity of this chair?
The Havanna chair is constructed with a strong chrome frame designed to support standard office seating weights comfortably.
Can the arms be removed?
The armrests are fixed as part of the chair's structural design and are not intended to be removed.
How do I clean the bespoke fabric?
For routine cleaning, use a vacuum with an upholstery attachment. For minor stains, blot with a damp cloth; do not soak the fabric.
Is this chair suitable for long hours of sitting?
Yes, the large, padded seat and backrest are specifically engineered for meeting room comfort.
Troubleshooting
Chair frame feels unstable or rocks on the floor.
Check that the floor is level and ensure the protective caps on the bottom of the cantilever frame are securely attached and clean.
Fabric appears to have loose dust or fibers.
Use a soft-bristled upholstery vacuum brush to gently lift debris without pulling on the fabric weave.
Chrome finish looks dull or has smudges.
Wipe with a soft cloth and a small amount of non-abrasive glass cleaner specifically safe for metal surfaces.

Setup, Compatibility & Care
The Havanna chair arrives pre-assembled or requires minimal assembly depending on your delivery option. To maintain the chair, regularly wipe down the chrome cantilever frame with a dry microfiber cloth to prevent smudges and fingerprints. For the bespoke fabric, vacuum periodically using an upholstery attachment to remove dust. If a spill occurs, blot with a clean, damp cloth immediately—avoid using harsh chemical cleaners, as these may damage the bespoke fabric texture. Ensure the chair is placed on a level surface to prevent the cantilever frame from rocking. Because it is non-stackable, measure your boardroom space in advance to ensure the desired quantity of chairs fits comfortably around your meeting table.
