Setup, Compatibility & Care

Setting up the Legion 7 is straightforward thanks to the pre-installed Windows 11 Home. Upon first boot, follow the on-screen instructions to set up your account and update drivers through the pre-installed Lenovo software to ensure the hardware is optimized. To maintain the device, keep the air intake vents at the rear clear of obstructions, especially when gaming. The aluminum chassis can be cleaned with a soft, lint-free microfiber cloth; avoid harsh chemical cleaners. When traveling, ensure you use a protective sleeve, as the unit is slim at 1.55cm at its thinnest point. For optimal performance, always utilize the provided 245W AC adapter, as the system is calibrated to draw significant power during intense GPU load.
