Product Information

Full details

The Wrendale Designs Gentle Giants Highland Cow Notepad is designed for stationery lovers and organized professionals who appreciate charming wildlife aesthetics in their daily planning. Its primary benefit is the combination of a high-capacity 140-sheet pad with a durable, protective wraparound cover that keeps notes secure while on the move; however, users should note that the tear-off design means it is not intended for long-term archival storage of notes.

FAQs

How many sheets are included in the notepad?

The notepad includes 140 individual tear-off sheets.

Does it include a pen?

No, this product is the notepad only; no writing instrument is included.

Is the notepad refillable?

No, the notepad is a single-use unit and cannot be refilled once all sheets are used.

What are the exact dimensions?

The notepad measures 17.2 cm by 10.5 cm by 2 cm.

Can I use fountain pens on this paper?

The paper is standard quality and generally suitable for ballpoint or gel pens. Heavily saturated fountain pen inks may show slight ghosting, so testing in a corner is recommended.

Is the cover hard or soft?

The notepad features a durable wraparound cardstock cover that offers protection while remaining flexible.

Troubleshooting

Pages are tearing unevenly when removed.

Ensure you pull the sheet back against the glued edge at a sharp angle rather than pulling straight up.

Cover is showing minor scratches.

The cover acts as a protective shield for the paper; if the cover shows wear, it is successfully doing its job. You can wipe it gently with a dry, lint-free cloth to remove dust.

Pros and Cons

Pros

  • Durable wraparound cover protects inner pages from damage
  • Charming Highland cow design adds aesthetic appeal to any desk
  • Compact size is ideal for portability
  • Generous 140-sheet count provides long-lasting utility
  • High-quality paper stock suitable for various pens

Cons

  • Not refillable once all sheets are exhausted
  • Designed for temporary notes rather than permanent record-keeping
  • No built-in pen loop for storage

Setup, Compatibility & Care

There is no complex setup required for this product; it is ready to use immediately upon removal of any retail packaging. To maintain the integrity of the notepad, store it in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight, which can fade the vibrant 'Gentle Giants' illustrations over extended periods. While the cover is durable, avoid exposing it to moisture or liquids to prevent warping of the cardstock. If you intend to carry it daily, placing it in a separate pocket of your bag will help preserve the crisp corners and overall pristine appearance of the cover artwork.
