The approximate dimensions are 100mm (height) x 121mm (width) x 490mm (depth). It is vital to check these against your refrigerator's specifications.

Not necessarily. While visually similar parts exist, exact dimensions must match. Please verify the provided dimensions (100mm x 121mm x 490mm approx.) carefully before purchasing.

Installation is straightforward. Ensure the fridge is unplugged, remove any old shelf, and align the new shelf with the designated supports inside your fridge. Gently push it into place until secure.

If the shelf does not fit despite checking dimensions, it's possible your model requires a different part. Double-check your fridge's model number and compare it with the compatible models listed (HJA6131, HJA6302, HJA6312).

While designed for bottles, the shelf can hold other items that fit securely. However, its primary function is to provide stable support for cylindrical items like bottles.

Double-check the dimensions against your refrigerator's requirements. Ensure no obstructions are in the mounting slots and that you are using the correct mounting points for this specific shelf model.

This indicates a compatibility issue. You may have a different refrigerator model or an incorrect part number. Re-verify the dimensions (100mm x 121mm x 490mm) and compare them meticulously with the space available.

Contact the retailer immediately to arrange for a replacement. Document the damage with photos if possible.
